Tuesday 6:00pm - £7.00

A mixture of circuit training, HIIT workouts and TABATA sessions; all with kettlebells!  A group session that will push all ages and experience levels. 

Crunches for Chrunchies

Friday 6:00pm - £4.00

CORE CORE CORE! Half an hour to work on core stability, back strength and ABS!
